Up yours... the nose, I mean...

I have this thing in my nose...I thought it was a zit and was happy to have it in my nose instead of on it, but now I'm getting worried...I looked it up on the internet (very reliable source of info, I know!) and I now think it might be: a BOIL or an abscess. How nasty is that?!!! And the worst part is...it might "travel" into the brain!!
